Lisa Olivia Munn grew up in Oklahoma City. Kimberly Schmid was born in Vietnam and is of Chinese origins, however her father Winston Barrett Munn comes from the Southern part of the family. Olivia was just 2 years old when her parents divorced. The family now is run by her stepfather and mom. He is an United States Air Force soldier. She was raised primarily in Tokyo, Japan, even though the family moved around a lot. At the time, she participated in many performances of the local theater, as well as becoming an Japanese Fashion model. Olivia returned in Los Angeles after the family's relocation to the United States. She pursued her ambition of becoming an actor. After a few minor performances, Olivia achieved success when she got the role as Mily Acua on the Hawaii filming of the TV program Beyond the Break 2006 and as the receptionist of Rob Schneider. She is the host of "The Daily Nut", "Formula D", and "The Formula D Podcasts" on G4. The passion she has for surfing has been a constant after the TV program Beyond the Break. She also holds Black Belt in Taekwondo. At the age of 2000, as she was two years old older, her mother was married again. Although the family moved around a lot, her mother was raised in Tokyo where she lived with the military. University of Oklahoma. Majored in and minored in Japanese and the Dramatic Arts.
